1st Year Production Belgian GP.35 High Power 90%
Description: Serial #2109, 9mm Para., 4 3/4? barrel with a very good bore that has some very mild freckling within the grooves. This pre-occupation pistol is equipped with a sliding tangent rear sight, slotted backstrap, and has matching numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel with the metal retaining 85-90% of the original blue finish that has faded and silvered lightly along the edges of the frame, slide, and other high edges and projections. Crisp Liege proofs are present throughout and the original factory markings are likewise crisp and clear. The checkered wooden grips are correct and are in fine shape having only some very minor handling marks and flattening of the points on either side under an added varnish finish but the original red paint on the interior is still present. A single correct magazine stamped "U" is included and the pistol is mechanically tight and fully functional; a nice pre-war High Power in very good plus-fine condition. No import marks.
