#38124, Arrieta - Elgoibar, Spain: A 28 Bore Bar Action Sidelock Ejector Rounded Body Custom "The Sporting Classic Game Gun 24 of 25", Made in 1994 with 29" Ejector Chopper Lump barrels at .547 .007 & .018 (Imp.Cyl. & Imp.Mod.), Original 2 3/4" chambers, Bushed strikers, Double triggers with the front articulated, Splinter forend, Straight hand stock at 16 3/8 x 1 7/16 x 2 1/4" over a checkered butt, Cast-off for the right hand, 5 lbs. 15 oz., Very nice wood with nice color & contrast, 65% coverage of very fine floral & scroll engraving, The barrels retain 100% original blue, The original coin finish at 99.5%, The wood remains at 99%, The checkering still at 99%. It is cased in the makers leather cornered leather trunk with a trade label. The bores are new and it remains tight to the face and in all respects is a new gun with all of its life left. Michael McIntosh did all the specifications for this gun for the Sporting Classics magazine and this piece is #24 of 25.
