1971 Vintage: Gun remains in very good condition with only some very minor handling marks to the wood and some slight blue wear on the top of both barrels. Barrel #1 is 29 1/4" and has .020" choke in the bottom barrel and .036" choke in the top barrel (chokes were tuned by Kerry Allor). The 28 1/2" barrels are both factory choked at .004". Engraving was expertly done by A. Galeazzi with gold pheasants on the left side and gold pigeons on the right surrounded by very tight scroll and gold wire work on the receiver, chambers, and muzzles. Nicely figured stock and forend with very fine checkering and the stock was bent to have less cast off by Bachelder. This entire package is housed in leather makers case.
