Griffin & Howe model 54 custom varmint rifle built 1935, SR# 50173 A in 220 swift, first year production in this cal, 10X Unertl scope with protective caps, engraved screws holding the Ivory butt plate and grip cap, Lyman 48 receiver sight, 26" barrel, nice european walnut stock with the classic G&H saddle shadow line cheekpiece and very unusual large beaver tail forearm, typical G&H quality checkering and a large horn forend tip, optics are clear, bore has very slight throat erosion, very accurate shooter.
