Grulla Model 215 in 28GA
Description: I have for sale a very nice Grulla Model 215 in the great little 28 gauge. This gun is built especially for the upland hunter and is ready to take to the woods or fields. This particular gun has 28 inch barrels and is choked cylinder .001, and skeet .004, which are perfect for Quail, Grouse, and Woodcock. Also great for a round of skeet if you happen to want a little practice before you go afield. Top rib is solid, concave, and tapered. This gun has all the fine points that make a great side-by-side, cocking indicators, rolled trigger guard, hand detachable full sidelocks (which give great trigger pulls), articulated front trigger, bushed firing pins, and one feature that I find very special the rounded frame. This doesn't seem like such a big deal unless you are carrying the gun over your arm all day and then the removing those sharp corners become a very big deal. Gun has a nicely figured straight hand stock with dimensions of 1 1/2 X 2 1/2 X 14 13/16 over the factory checkered butt and is cast off for the right hand shooter. Condition of the gun is very nice. It has been carried in the field and has some light handling marks on the stock and a couple small dings which can be seen in the photo of the left side. Bluing has a few marks on the left barrel as if it rubbed against a zipper on a hunting coat. Gun has been fired very little as you would expect for a field gun and lockup is very tight with top lever well to the right. Grulla only produces a few hundred guns each year and they do not make a "cheap" or lower end gun. They focus on the sportsman that is interested in a well balance, well made gun and is willing to pay for it. Price of this gun is $4200 plus $50 shipping to your FFL. Contact me with any questions you might have and as always there is a three day inspection period with the buyer paying shipping charges if returned. SOLD |
