Smith & Wesson K-32 Hand Ejector 1st. model
Description:
Serial #677XXX, 32 S&W Long, 6" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This rare revolver has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, yoke, and extractor with the metal retaining 95-97% plus of the original blue finish that has silvered at the muzzle and on the exposed edges. Additionally, there are a few minor surface scratches along the bottom of the barrel, another on the bottom edge of the sideplate just above the trigger, and a light turn ring on the cylinder. The hammer and trigger have about 95% of the original color case-hardening remaining with some mild fading along the edges and the revolver is equipped with a correct Patridge front sight blade and early style adjustable rear sight. The unnumbered walnut diamond-center magna grips are in excellent condition with a few minor scattered handling marks and still sharp checkering points. The gun is listed by serial number in Smith & Wesson 1857-1945 (jinks and Neal 1966) as one of only 94 K-32 First Model revolvers (numbered between 682207 in the M&P range) making it one of the rarest production Smith & Wesson hand ejectors. It is in fine-near excellent condition and accompanied by a factory letter.
