U.S. Model 1884 Trapdoor Rifle. Very nice gun! Barrel has turned to a chocolate brown patina with blue in protected areas. Lock has just about all of the blue. Breech lock still has excellent case colors. Bore is excellent and action works well. Stock has been lightly refinished, but cartouche is visible and is dated 1892. Very good looking trapdoor.
