The "J.F.C." mark is very visiable. It is a NRA stamped insignia on the bottom. The walnut wood is as perfeft as you have seen, no marks or scratches. This is truly a collectors edition. Relic-Yes. Former Father-in-law owner was in American Legion Founders Associaton, and 1918 NRA member, WWI Veteran, and gun collector. Was a gift to his wife and daughter.
