Winchester M 1894 38-55 Rifle
Description:
S# 170799, 38-55 , 26 inch barrel, very good bore with strong rifling and scattered light erosion.
This 1903 built rifle remains in very good condition with about 40 % blue on barrel and receiver.
Mag tube was replaced long ago and now good with some oil wiped on, forend has a repaired crack along bottom on left side.
Barrel wears original sights, action works smoothly and locks up tight.
Barrel is importer marked on lower left by forend cap. A very nice 38-55 rifle, now over 110 years old.
