Winchester Model 1892 Caliber .32 WCF Lever Action SRC
Description:
Winchester Model 1892 SRC
.32 Winchester Center Fire (.32-20)
20" Barrel
Manufactured 1907
Condition: This '92 carbine, manufactured in 1907, has seen very little firing use based on the condition of the side-loading port. Someone in the past has varnished the stock indiscriminately and it could use a good re-do. Otherwise, with the exception of the right action flat, (which shows that the gun was rusted at some point and cleaned with an abrasive of some kind), the rest of the gun is in relatively high condition for its age. The barrel on the left side shows some of the same rusting marks. The lever has a considerable amount of case coloring left. The tang is mounted with a period Lyman peep sight. The original ladder rear sight is in place. The bore is bright with strong lands and grooves.
