Winchester Model 21 serial number 102__ as described in Its' Cody Firearms Museum letter: Skeet Grade, 28 gauge, Barrel Length: 26 inches, Right and Left barrels - skeet, Single trigger, Selective trigger, Straight grip, Checkered butt, Pitch - 1 inch, Pull - 14 inch, Drop at heel - 2 inch, Drop at comb - 1 1/2 inch, Started inspection on September 14, 1948, completed inspection on September 15, 1948. The Cody letter further states "New barrels ordered on June 6, 1958, order number 54117 - 20 gauge, matted rib, Right barrel - WS1, Left barrel - WS2. Repair order number 45306 started on August 29, 1984 for Fr__r Gun Shop in Houston Texas. Gun checked in as described above as well as: Matted rib, ring in chamber (28 gauge), ebony inlay in beavertail near shoe, red solid "Winchester" recoil pad, red bead front and metal middle sights. Work ordered: refinish both barrels, new checkered skeet beavertail to match stock." This gun fully matches the Cody letter and is in 98% plus condition.
