GunsInternational.com, offers hunts, art, firearms, and other tangible items for sale during the live online auction. All items are sold “as is”. GunsInternational.com does not make any implied or express warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the items and in no event shall GunsInternational.com be held responsible for the accuracy of the description or its value. GunsInternational.com does not make any representation or warranty of the description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or condition of the item. No statement on the GunsInternational.com Web site, or brochures or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. Any written warranties with respect to the items purchased are those solely and expressly supplied by the manufacturer or donating company of that item or hunt. All bidders must be registered on GunsInternational.com with a credit card on file. After each item's sale, the successful bidder (purchaser) will immediately sign an Auction Sales Agreement. All signatures on the Auction sales agreement are binding. The purchaser and an authorized representative of the donating company must sign any changes or additions to the published description in order that such changes or additions are recognized as valid and binding by GunsInternational.com. All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items or hunts. GunsInternational.com has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts, trips, and tangible items. However, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer. In reference to hunt donations, it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the hunt donor immediately and make all the necessary arrangements for the hunt dates and the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. If a purchaser fails to pay for any item within the time frame indicated on the auction sales agreement, GunsInternational.com reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available to it. GunsInternational.com may undertake internal actions, which could result in sanction including, but not limited to, suspension or expulsion of your membership in GunsInternational.com.

Current Auction: Signed General Schwarzkoph CSMC RBL 12 for the Benefit of The Children’s Home Inc. Charity of Tampa Florida. Payment will be made in full at the close of Auction to The Children’s Home Inc. Buyer will arrange for and provide copy of the FFL License to receive the shotgun.
