In almost all cases, with the exception of antiques, the transfer of a firearm requires the assistance of a local Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer (FFL). More than likely you would need to arrange for a local FFL to accept the gun for you and to complete the transfer. If you do not have a local FFL you may use our FFL search to find one in your area that would be willing to complete the transfer. Fees vary widely for this service so you may wish to check with a few.
Under the Seller Tools there is a link "Gun Links" that will assist you with accessing all the applicable state and federal laws. Buyers and Sellers are required to know and comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws.
Also, Please be sure to clarify all shipping costs and the return policy with the seller. It is GunsInternational.com's policy that there is a minimum 3 day inspection period afforded to all buyers.
