 WWII German Red Cross Enlisted Hewer / Dagger & Scabbard

  • 10 1/2" blade
  • Blunt tip
  • Serrated along back of blade
  • Also known as the DKR dagger
  • Introduced in 1938
  • Oval on handguard has eagle holding a cross with a swastika in middle, reverse has oval with no design in it
  • Bakelite or hard plastic handles, one smooth and one checkered (smooth side has 1/4 of it chipped off)
  • These were used during the Third Reich
  • Good condition scabbard missing frog attachment
