U.S. Model 1917 Trench Knuckle Knife. Guard is marked U.S. 1917 L.F. & C. (Manufactured by Landers, Frary & Clark). Blade is 9” long and overall is 16 1/8”. Blade has 96-98% blue finish. Guard has 95% original black finish. Handle is about very good with one ding and some minor handling marks. These were wicked weapons used in WWI hand to hand combat in Trench Warfare. No scabbard.
