Colt Trick-Shooter 45 SN1502 Made 1874
Description:
FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION
Colt Single Action Army; SN1502; made 1874; very interesting revolver…obviously originally at 22 cal rim fire as ’22 cal’ on rear left flat of trigger guard; gun now is 45 cal with smooth bore bbl.; firing pin slot looks to be original; bbl. center fire, but upon close examination, I believe it has been welded in and re-configured from original rim fire; this work was obviously done by frontier gunsmith, as vice marks on bbl. extend to under the original first style housing; serial number 1502 on bbl., frame, back strap, and trigger guard; some original blue present on trigger guard and ejector housing; no. ‘6’ on cylinder; fancy Walnut Grips not numbered; GREAT action; bore rough from black powder, but has no sign of rifling; assembly no. on loading gate and bottom of frame match; original German silver front sight; RARE 2nd year 143 year old Colt, obviously altered for Trick-Shooter; antique, no FFL/C&R required for shipping; All items shipped fully insured Priority Mail- -Hand guns $30 --Long guns $45-- Spurs $30-- Knives, Swords & Sabers $30—Grips $20 ; return policy: three days inspection from the date the item is received; full refund of shipping both ways ONLY IF THE ITEM IS MISREPRESENTED.
