MINT NAGANT SWEDISH MODEL 1887 OR M1887 .22LR CONVERSION REVOLVER WITH ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX.
Description: MINT NAGANT SWEDISH MODEL 1887 OR M1887 .22LR CONVERSION REVOLVER WITH ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX. Serial number "17XX". Mint original condition with all the blue and straw finish. "husqvarna" stamped on left side of frame possibly the importer/exporter. Sold through "Federal Firearms Corp." and accompanied by the original shipping box(hence one owner), circa 1958. Converted to .22lr at the time(1958) and also were offered in .38 and the original 7.5 caliber. Expertly sleeved chambers and barrel to .22lr are permanent but as a result cheap to feed with modern .22 ammo. As a result of conversion to .22 the revolver is now considered modern and must go through an FFL holder or C&R. One of 14,000 of these Nagants made for Sweden as opposed to 2 million made for Russia. Made for Sweden in Belgium with Liege proofs on cylinder. Prime example that you can shoot cheaply with original shipping media. "L No. 4357" regt. Markings? On right frame. Mint original checkered grips with lanyard ring. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
