The hammer, lock, barrel, captive ramrod and trigger guard are all blued with a good 90% remaining. The full stocked nicely dark grained walnut stock is checkered at the wrist and has a custom shaped butt. Most of the varnish finish remains. The lock is marked with the makers name ( hard to see in the pictures) and the top of the barrel is marked "Liverpool". The hammer, lock, trigger guard and barrel tang are all engraved.
