Fine pair of French empire form Liegoise flintlock pistols, circa 1805-1810. Made by L.C Louis Criand. Guns have roller frizzens and swamped barrels. Barrels are 8” and overall length is 12”. Gun is .60 caliber with multi groove rifling. Stocks are very good plus with very sharp checkering and have silver stud tacks down the spine of the back strap. Barrels have 95% of their original finish. Ramrods have ivory tips. Trigger guard buttcap and side places are tastefully engraved. Overall condition is a very good plus. A very fine pair of French empire officer’s pistols.
