Description:
A nice English TOWER percussion military pistol  finished in a dark brown military finish. About 85 to 90% + of the finish remains. This is a heavy (over 2 & 1/2 pounds) pistol   with a lanyard ring, a ramrod , a front and rear  sight , a solid walnut stock . The action is very strong. The hammer holds on full and half cock. The percussion cap is in good condition.  The lock is plainly marked "Tower" and  " 1878" the year of manufacture.. There is a proof mark at the rear of the lock: " a Crown over a V , a Star and an R".There are also marks on the forward part of the trigger guard, on the metal plate on the left side  and  3 numbers on the left side of the barrel opposite the hammer.  The barrel is round,  8 & 1/2" long and .62 in caliber. The overall length is 14 & 1/2". A good example of this model.

This is an antique so no FFL is required. It may be sent directly to the new owner.
A NO INTEREST payment plan is available.
A shipping charge will be added
