AYA Over& Under 12 ga. Ejector in "Mint Condition
Description:
This fine gun is from the Rod Fuller collection. I purchased this gun from Rod many years ago, proceeding his passing. I am not sure of the Model (It may be a model 37).
It is styled after most German over & unders such as the Merkel. It has the double Kersten bolting systems.
The condition is excellent, retaining 95-98% of the original finishes. The finishes have toned a bit with age. This is not a newer AYA, my guess would be 1960's.
The craftmanship is excellent. Engraving, checkering, and other factory markings are sharp.
The gun locks-up tight as new (With or Without the forend attached)
Bores are bright and shiny (all original wall thicknesses)
LOP to front trigger is 14&1/4
Original Factory hard buttplate.
Ejectors are strong and "in time".
This gun had a recent "strip & clean" by a highly respected professional gunsmith.
This is a great hand-made double at a very reasonable price. (PRICE REDUCED to $2200.) Shipping to your FFL is $75.
