Colt Percussion revolver
Description:
I am told thisis an antiqued copy oe perhaps a mexican copy. I have reduced this great looking piece accordingly to $275.There is part of a colt patent number on cylinder, a faint number on the barrel, a very faint date of May 18th 1843. The bore still has pretty good rifling but a little rough. The grips look great. Other then removing cylinder and taking off barrel I have not taken it apart. The pistol seems tight and locks up solid. there are some interesting punch marks not sure why but it does not interfere with the operation of the pistol. The pistol case looks to be a US 45 holster but it came with the pistol so I am including it. normally collect and sell Black - Powder rifles and rarely purchase pistols. This week on I am making an exception. I have also listed an original Remington Percussion Revolver Rifle with a 24" barrel, so please check all my s. This piece came from an estate in Western Arizona. I do occasionally trade on KY rifles, Flintlocks, Modern Sharps rifles, cash with trade ,etc.
