All original and matching and in very good plus to fine condition. Frame inspected “R.A.C.” on left side for U.S. Government Inspector Rinaldo A. Carr. Also inspected “R.AC.” and “P” proofed on back of cylinder. Serial number in the 6,00x range. Butt strap stamped “U.S./ARMY/MODEL/1892/SERIAL#”. 30% plus original blue mixed with original patina. Original grips with cartouche worn and not visible but with nicely patinated original finish. Thin old sliver out of heal of right flat. Fine markings and barrel address with the desirable early patent dates “AUG. 5TH, 1884
November 6th, 1888”. Working order and good bore and chambers. (Antique).
