Colt Single Action Army 45 made 1910
Description:
Colt Single Action Army SN312650; shipped to Schoverling, Daly, & Gales, N.Y., N.Y. on July 11, 1910; no letter ordered but listed as 45 cal; blue;5 ½”bbl; and wood grips; gun has 6-point star on right rear bow of trigger guard and amperstand on rear faceoff cylinder; later original Colt bbl. now on gun with proper broken ‘O’ in address; all numbers match; I believe that current one-piece Walnut Grips were added at time of re-work, as there is a pin hole in grip strap for two –piece grips—although these grips could be original, as they fit well; fancy ‘quick draw hammer’ probably added at time of re-work, as Colt from Waco, Texas family stated that the hammer was for quick draw on father’s Colt; BEAUTIFUL 107 year old Colt with nearly all metal finish present; PERFECT action and bore; FFL/C&R required for out of state shipping; All items shipped fully insured Priority Mail- -Hand guns $30 --Long guns $45-- Spurs $30-- Knives, Swords & Sabers $30—Grips $20; return policy: three days inspection from the date the item is received; full refund of shipping both ways ONLY IF THE ITEM IS MISREPRESENTED.
