As New Ruger Old Army Stainless Steel Percussion With Original Box, Papers, Nipple Wrench.
Description:
SOLD...Here is an as new Ruger Old Army revolver with the original box, paper work and nipple wrench.. Stainless steel percussion .44 caliber single action. Standard 7 1/2" barrel. S/N 145-54588 ?? I am selling this for a friend and I really do not know much about these. Check out the photos and see for your self. I do not think it has ever been fired. My friend said he never fired it. The action works like new. Crisp and tight as a new gun. NO movement to the cylinder anywhere. The grips are like new with NO cracks or chips. By looking at both ends of the cylinder and the forcing cone on the barrel it looks like new. The bore is as new. The inside of the chambers are new. The nipples look like they have never had a cap popped on them. The face of the hammer looks like new never fired ??? There is some old dried up grease here and there in the corners and on the rear of the cylinder in the nipple area but NO rust or corrosion.. They don't make these any more I do know that. By looking at the selling prices I think we have this one priced very fairly. The end of the box has the proper OLD ARMY label. Stainless steel, ect.. The other end has the S/N hand writen but the last 5 digits looks like it was erased and the 5 digits added. Don't know if this is THE original box for THIS GUN but it is an original box for this model no doubt. Like I said I don't know a hole lot about these guns but it is a nice one. Percussion revolver so no FFL needed. As long as you are 21 years old. Will be $35 insured shipping. Call 765-728-8049 with any questions or more photos. I sell quality antique firearms so if you want to see what else I have just click on the link to see all Toms guns for sale while you are here as I may have something of interest to you in that line. Thank you for looking.
