Weisgerber St. Wendel Saarland, November 1931. 14 1/4 pull to original Merkel horn buttplate, engraved steel pistol grip cap horn fittings. 25 3/4 Krupp steel barrels DOH 2 5/8 Doc 1 5/8 only 6 lbs 12 ozs. This is a fine pre WW2 game scene engraved Merkel. 98% original, nothing like the junk they are making today. 87 years old apears to be 2 years old. I believe the merkle double rifle is unfired. No visible primer inprints around strikers. COLLECTOR QUALITY. Its a fine quality Merkel to shoot or collect. SOLD |
