Last two digits of serial not legible. Retains 100% of the custom blue and varnish. Original Model 1873 Carbine rear sight. Stock with four brass round inlays in both sides of the stock. Small decorative round cartouches on both side plates with flower motif designs within. Barrel address no longer visible-removed with refinish but is original barrel. “MODEL 1873” stamp clearly visible on tang. Working order with dark bore but rifling is fairly good. Affordable real example dating to the late Apache Wars period.
