Winchester's Model 65 was manufactured from late 1932-1945. They were originally available in 2 calibers
25-20 and 32 WCF. The 218 Bee was introduced in 1937 and with the 3 calibers a total of 5,717 Model
65's were manufactured. These limited production numbers have made the 65 a very desireable rifle to
collectors and the Bee is the most desirable of the 3 calibers. Any collector familiar with the Model 65
knows it is difficult to find these rifles in high condition and it is very seldom one is offered in a Deluxe rifle.
Here we have both. This Model 65 218 Bee Deluxe rifle is a beauty and remains in 100% original and unaltered
condition. The checkered walnut is in mint condition with no handling marks, it is slightly proud to the metal
as it should be. The wood too metal fit is perfect and tight. The bore is as new and the action is tight.
Minimal wear/thinning of blue to the sharp edges and bottom of the receiver. Barrel blue is excellent plus.
Has the factory bolt peep sight and correct, factory deluxe swivels.
A very nice example of the Winchester Model 65 Deluxe Rifle in 218 Bee.
