Marechal, Complete with a FN test pattern for each barrel, 28" Vent Rib barrels at .729 .033 & .041" (Imp.Mod. & Full), Factory marked Imp.Mod. & Full, Factory 2 3/4" chambers, The second set of barrels at 26 1/2" Vent Rib barrels at .726 .004 & .004" (Skt.I & Skt.I), Factory marked Skt. & Skt., 2 3/4" chambers, Split extractor bodies, Single selective trigger, Full forends with finger grooves, 15 3/8 x 1 5/8 x 2 1/2" over a Browning Horn buttplate, Ideal cast-off for the right hand, 7 lbs. 11 oz. with the 28" barrels & 7 lbs. 8 oz. with the 26 1/2" barrels, Very well cut & deep Diana (Grade V) engraving by A. (Alfonse) Marechal and signed on both sides, The original barrel blue on both barrels at 98%, Receiver gray at 98-99%, The original wood finish is at 95%, The wrap-around checkering on the grip at 99%, The forends at 99% The Gold plating on the trigger is 100%, All 4 bores are excellent plus and appear as new, The piece remains tight as new and has all of its mechanical life left. Each barrel has a factory FN test pattern that was shot on March 14, 1961 at 35 meters. It is cased in a leather trunk to accommodate both barrels. With these stock dimensions, great cast-off and 2 sets of barrels this gun is a true shooting device.
