Description: 30" SxS fluid-steel barrels with smooth concave rib and rib extension third fastener choked improved cylinder & full. 14 1/2"pull from front trigger to striated horn buttplate. 1 1/2" - 2" drop. Highly figured dark walnut stock with Anson-release splinter forend, straight English grip, classic point-pattern checkering, checkered sidepanels, teardrops, and vacant silver oval. Scroll and game scene engraved, scalloped Anson & Deeley action with carved fences, manual top tang safety with SAFE inlaid in gold. Weight: 6lbs, 6oz. Built early 1880s. 99% barrel reblack. 25% original casehardening colors. Excellent bores. Tight on the frame with the forend in place. London reproofed for 70mm (2 3/4") cartridges in 2010.
