Here is a fine model 1897 in the scarce 16 gauge. The gun was professionally restored years ago and retains 98% of those restored finishes. The gun has a few very minor handling marks from storage.
Barrel is 27 & 1/2 inches long.
Choke is improved modified.
LOP is 13 & 3/4 inches.
Screw heads are perfect.
Bore is perfect.
Mechanically like new.
Factory stampings are sharp.
Gun was made in the 1920's (Has early 18 groove fore-end)
This is a beautiful example of one of the most iconic shotguns ever made.
