Appraisals
To have us evaluate your firearm(s) please email us at GunValues@GunsInternational.com and complete the information below for each gun. Detailed photos and your contact information is also required. On some firearms, a factory letter may be helpful. Lastly, please complete a registration with GunsInternational.com, click here to register. Once the appraisal is complete the card you place on file within your registration will be charged the appraisal fee of $75.00 per gun.
The accuracy of the appraisal is directly dependent on the quality of your images and the information you provide. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive the complete appraisal.

Appraisal Agreement
ATTENTION: The Conditions of Business shall constitute an agreement for appraisal services (the “Agreement”) by GUNSINTERNATIONAL.COM L.L.C. (G.I.) to you (the “Client”).
BY SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTOS, INFORMATION AND PAYMENT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT YOU WILL BE ENTERING INTO WITH G.I. WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR GUN(S) VALUED BY G.I..
1. INTRODUCTION
By submitting the photographs of the gun(s) to be appraised and all related information, the Client accepts of the Conditions of Business as set out here. G.I. reserves the right to refuse to provide an appraisal.
2. THE AGREEMENT
The Agreement shall only be entered into and come into effect once G.I. has agreed to make an appraisal of the gun(s) and the Client has paid the appraisal fee. No other document, correspondence or any form communication shall form any part of the agreement unless both parties so agree in writing.
3. VALUATION SERVICES
Under the Agreement, G.I. shall provide an appraisal based upon the photographs and the information on the Gun(s) submitted by the Client. This service consists of giving an electronic estimate of the value of the Gun(s) submitted which in G.I.’s opinion could be realized if the Gun(s) were to be sold on GunsInternational. The Appraisal is a statement of opinion and not fact. G.I.’s goal is to provide the Appraisal within [5] Business Days after the Client has submitted all detailed photo’s, relevant details, information and paid the appraisal fee.
4. THE VALUATION
G.I gives no representation, warranty or guarantee in the Appraisal in respect of a gun’s origin, provenance, attribution, condition, date, age or authenticity.
G.I. makes no representation or warranty in the Appraisal that the gun(s) will sell for the appraised value.
G.I. does not warrant or represent in the Appraisal that the gun(s) appraised is safe, functioning or fit for the purpose for which it was intended.
The Appraisal shall remain the copyright of G.I. and shall be prepared only for the Client and is not to be published in any form without G.I.’s prior written consent. The Client shall indemnify and keep indemnified G.I. and its affiliated companies, and its and their employees and officers against all liabilities and expenses incurred by them as a result of any breach of the above agreement by Client or arising from related claims by third parties in connection with the Appraisal.
Listing Descriptions: Should GunsInternational.com assist client in creating a listing for sale on GunsInternational.com there is no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the in information contained in the gun classifieds. Information is based upon information provided by Client. GunsInternational.com does not warrant or represent that the gun(s) appraised is safe, functioning or fit for the purpose for which it was intended unless otherwise stated.????
5. CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The Client shall pay the Appraisal Fee for the Appraisal to G.I..
The Client warrants to G.I. that he is the owner of the Gun(s) or is duly and properly authorized by the owner to have the gun(s) appraised.
The Client warrants that all material and information provided is owned by the Client or the Client has the right to use such material and provide it to G.I.. The Client indemnifies G.I. fully with respect to any breach of this warranty.
The Client shall provide clear and accurate photos and provide full and accurate information about the Gun(s), such as known authenticity issues, provenance, condition, condition issues, previous sales history and any other related information. This will assist in G.I. providing the most accurate appraisal possible.
The Client acknowledges the following statement. The Appraisal is an estimate that is a matter of reasonable opinion and as such opinions as to value do differ. Particular circumstances affecting the value of an individual gun may not be known or foreseeable at the time of the Appraisal. Values can also fluctuate as a consequence of external circumstances such as (without limitation) changes in the prevailing market conditions. In addition, the preliminary nature of the appraisal work carried out may mean that the identification, attribution and value of the gun might be subject to change on further examination or research by experts at a later stage whether these are internal or external to G.I.. The Appraisal only reflects an estimate, the inherent characteristics (visible from the photographs provided) and information provided by the Client of the gun(s) being appraised. GunsInternational.com makes no representation or warranty that the gun(s) will realize the appraisal amount when sold.
6. THE COST OF THE VALUATION
The Cost shall be in accordance with the price published on the G.I.’s website at the time the item is submitted by you. Payment Methods – GunsInternational.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
7. LIMITATION OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY
G.I. shall not be liable for any deficiency (including but not limited to any omissions, mistakes, erroneous attributions, authenticity issues or inaccurate values) in the Appraisal as a consequence of:
(a) external circumstances such as (without limitation) changes in the prevailing market conditions for the Gun(s), information not publically available;
(b) the surrounding circumstances of the gun(s) being appraised (such as, without limitation, the gun’s provenance or place in a wider collection, or the existence of several similar items available for sale at the same time);
(c) failure to provide full and accurate information in the knowledge or possession of the Client.
(d) any other factors that cannot be identified by a reasonable inspection of the photographs received and information received by G.I.(including but not limited to factors that can be identified only by a physical inspection of the gun).
8. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
G.I. reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and issue a refund of the price paid for the Appraisal.
9. RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
No person who is not a party to the Agreement shall have any rights to enforce any term of the Agreement.
10. SEVERANCE
In the event that any part of the Agreement should be held to be unenforceable for any reason, that term shall be deemed to be not part of the Agreement, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with Florida, U.S law. In the event of disputes hereunder, the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pinellas County, Florida courts.
