Error when uploading photos

An "Out of memory" error can appear when you are uploading photos and there are several causes. Each are listed below along with solutions:

Uploading too many files at a time
If you encounter the error only when uploading a lot of photos or large file size photos, try uploading in batches or use the "Old Image Uploader".

System and network connection problems
If you're unable to connect to the web site, the issue is with your network connection. Rebooting or resetting the wireless router or modem can restore connectivity.

Browser problems
If your browser is dated, upgrade to a newer version, or try another browser. Just clearing your browser's cache, history and cookies can also solve memory errors. Rebooting can also help.

Incompatible files
Photos need to be .jpeg or .jpg file format

Problems uploading photos that have been edited with a photo editor.

Important:  If you still receive the error after trying the steps above, please let us know by sending an email to support at GunsInternational.com with the Subject line, "Image upload Issue". Please include the following information if you can:

• The type of computer you are using (Mac or PC)
• The type of Operating System you are using
• The type of browser and version you are using
• The type of Internet connection (cable, T1, dial-up, etc.)
• The type of camera your photos came from
• Were the photos edited before you tried to upload them, and if so, what program did you use to edit them?
