Marked United States Property, M1911A1 U.S. Army, serial number 947336. Original finish with light handling marks, and some spotting/pitting. Grips are very fine with crisp checkering and a few small nicks. Mechanically excellent. Bore Condition: Good - Some light pitting or frosted appearance Manufactured 1943, "G.H.D." inspected frame, "COLT 45 AUTO" marked barrel with "P" on the left of the lug and "G" on the bottom of the breech, unmarked replacement magazine. .45 Auto
