Offered for sale is one full box of Winchester 40-60 Black Powder Center Fire cartridges with 210 grain lead bullets. The 40-60 caliber was introduced by Winchester in 1884 in their model 1876 Cenntenial Rifle. Winchester only loaded this cartridge with black powder and 210 grain lead bullets and original loadings contained 62 grains of black powder. Interesting, other manufactures offered a smokeless jacketed version of this cartridge. The pictures show the condition of the box and ammo much better than I can describe them. Box is rough but, the cartridges are worth more than my asking price and you still have a box. By buying this ammunition, you are certifying you are over 21 years of age and there are no Federal, State or local laws prohibiting your purchase or possession of this ammo. Ammo can only be sold in the lower 48 states. Some States do not allow on-line ammo sales, unless you have a state issued exception form and you are responsible to know your local laws. Therefore, ammo will not be sold in the following States: Alaska, California, Chicago IL, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Washington DC. Ammo sold for collector purposes only and will not be sold where prohibited by law. Ammo cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address. Title passes to the buyer once I give item to the shipper. I will combine purchases to save on shipping.
