This large bronze nutcracker type tool is marked "Bond Machine Co/ Wilmington , Del./USA on side. This tool has a threaded hole for sizing or seating die and a primer seater and built in chamfer tool. Comes with an unknown die marked "474" with locking ring. Bond Machine started making loading tools in March of 1920 and changed to Modern-Bond in late 1920. This company made loading tools until 1958. These were the first tools available with interchangeable dies. This is a fine example of a cutting edge 1920 loading tool in great condition.
