One of the Many Variations made by E. A. Prescott from 1862 to 1867, the "Smith & Wesson Top Lock Model",
Serial # 8.... .32 Rimfire , Five Shot , the Frame is all brass with round side plate., The Cylinder Locking mechanism is on the Top Strap, identical to the S&W. ( see Fladerman 8A-131 S&W Top Lock Model ) Overall VG condition. Good bore. 100% original 100% complete and mechanically good. A nice, crisp looking revolver that is incredibly scarce.
