Hudson Bay SHARPE Percussion pistol

Description:

An Antique "Tower" Stamped Sharpe, brass octagonal 8" barrel marked "London", English Proof mark,at about  60 caliber The tombstone with a Sitting Fox over E.B. was used by Edward Bond to mark Hudson's Bay Company Trade Guns , and it is on tip of the breech near all the left side of barrl English proofs with :EXTRA PROOF added also. Measuring about 15" long overall with a good condition French walnut stock and a black ram-rod of  black ebony? Brass furniture through-out.
Lock works well with a stout mainspring, and the nipple looks clean.Issued as a trade pistol and shows surprisingy good condition for age.
