Authentic Colt’s black powder series gold felt lined French fit case with key and all 2nd generation Accoutrements with original shipping box. FOR F series 1860 Army.... NO GUN..
Set includes:
One--- model W5083 1860 Army Powder Flask. This is a medium size powder flask with a "Stand of Flags behind a carriage mounted cannon. The flag at the top left is the "Lone Star" flag of Texas while the remaining tree flags are all U. S. battle flags. To the right and left the cannon are pikes and naval anchors. Below the canon are cannon balls, a ramrod and a Bowie knife. Above the stand of flags are two crossed rifles above two crossed revolvers - all pointing upward. Between the crossed revolvers and the stand of flags, the words "COTS PATENT" is embossed two lines. This pattern applies only on one side of the flask. The opposite side is plan. The body of the flask is copper that is coated with a heavy deep blue/black finish. It is secured to the polished brass top with three steel screws. Powder flow is controlled by a brass thumb piece that is kept in position with a blued steel circular sprig.This style powder flask was signed for Model F1200, F1203 and F1210 Colt Second Generation Percussion Revolvers. This style flask was also issued with 1860 Army 1 of 500 Limited Edition case sets in 1979 as well as the United States Cavalry Commorative sets in 1978.

Two line "Colt's Patent" is stamped between the hinge pin and the funnel on the blued steel sprue cutter. The slotted area of the sprue cutter is semi-squared at the end. "44H" is stamped near the hinge pin on the right side of the mold body. No other markings are stamped on this bullet mold. This mold was issued for all "F" Series 1860 Army Revolvers
