A stunning and beautiful Chinese Qing Dynasty Cast Iron Vase with signature chop stamp in relief. Hand worked, chiseled and hammered with flowers and two butterflies in relief. These vases were cast in 2 pieces in a mold and then forge welded together. Then they were chiseled in relief by a master scultor of the period. This vase is large at 13 inches tall, 5 inches at the mouth and an applied bronze and tine base measuring 7 1/4 inches. The chop stamp signature is also chiseled in relief. Most of these iron vases were not signed but this one is!!! The vase weighs about 15-18 pounds. USPS Priority mail is 35.00
