Original Barrel, Slide, Sights, & Clip from a 1981 Smith & Wesson 22lr Model 41, 5 1/2 inch Used

Description:

Barrel, Slide, & Clip from a Smith & Wesson Model 41, 22lr, 1981 Mfgr. Barrel has been well used by a competition shooter, slide is original with the gun as is the clip. The bore shows no wear, bright and shiny with sharp rifling and breech. The sliding surfaces show very little wear. The muzzle is in excellent condition. The wear shows where the barrel and slide meet at the breech. Please see pictures. There are enlarged pictures of the mating surfaces for you to inspect. I had the gun changed from a 5.5 to a 7.5 by S&W. S&W said the gun with it's original barrel and slide was safe to shoot, with no cautions. The targets shown in the pictures are before it was sent to S&W for the barrel change. Shot, off hand, and at 20 yards. Barrel comes with it's original front & rear sights. Other than the mating surfaces wear, the barrel and slide are in, well taken care of, excellent condition. Bluing is about 90% or better. Please see pictures.
