Pre-1964 Winchester Mod. 70 barrel and parts

Mod. 70 Winchester .308 barrel and magazine parts

This rifle barrel and parts are all from the same firearm, a pre–64 Mod. 70 Winchester Featherweight, cal. .308. The bore is perfect, the barrel itself shows little sign of use, and the parts are included in the sale price. The parts include the magazine, magazine follower, follower spring, ejector, and extractor ring. The Featherweight actions were all the same size and length, but for the short cartridges (.358,.308, .243) the bolt was "shortened" by use of an extractor ring protrusion that served as a bolt stop, visible in the picture.
