WWII U.S. M1 Bayonet by Union Fork & Hoe
Description:
This bayonet for the M1 Garand rifle measures 14 1/2" overall and the very good condition, 10" single-edged blade with a 2 1/2" false edge, single unstopped fullers, "V"-ground bevels and a spear-point tip. The reverse face of the ricasso is marked "U.F.H. / U.S. (centered by Flaming Bomb)". The guard and pommel are in near excellent condition with an H on the spine. The included M7 scabbard, consisting of an OD green fiberglass body, rates very good with just a few light handling marks on the body, back is marked VP over 18 and "45" in yellow paint.;
