1911 Ambi-Magazine Safety Release from the 1960's-70's. Unfortunately, I no longer have the deceased engineer's name from years ago when I found and purchased these from his estate, he was also a master machinest. He figured out how to build these ambi-releases from standard releases! At the time I got these, there were NO others around. These are simple and work to perfection. I have installed two others in my old 1911's.  The original engineer milled ALL his parts and used high quality original mag releases to mill.  I have two originals to offer at the price for which I paid years back. Please see photos for details/conditions and ask all questions prior to the close of this as all sales final! I will also include a set of 4 pages of detailed instructions for installation that the engineer had available when he was selling them prior to his passing. Price shown is for "ONE" mag release!

It is highly suggested to have a qualified gunsmith install these unless you feel you're up to the task without reservation to do so.
