3-Dimensional Milling Machine

This Troglia-Italian 3-dimensional machine is a copy of a Dekel GK-21 can be used as a 2-dimensional engraving machine to mark parts and guns or as a 3-dimensional milling machine to cut dies.  It can be used to make tool steel marking dies.  A 2-dimensional master can be made and converted into a 3-D master.  The master can be made and be traced by the stylus to machine a die that is heat treated.   I have made hundreds of proofs, insignia, caliber dies, inspectors marks, cartouches, and address dies on this machine. The cutterhead spindle is a German Dekel GK-21 precision head.  The cutters are a single flute milling cutter.  There is a small machinest vise for holding the die material.  Also included is a brass font set.  The machine is powered by a single phase 1/2 hp motor 120 volts.  If you are a gun restorer, this is the machine.  It is in excellent condition, nothing broken or worn out.  Colt and Winchester proofs, patent dates, addresses and German Waffen codes, proofs, test eagles and serial numbers can be made on this machine.  Machine is in Jacksonville, FL  It can be hauled in a 1/2 ton pickup truck.  Have an overhead hoist and a fork lift to load the machine.
