Description:
"Hand made by John Nelson Cooper somewhere between 1968-78. Very large “Iron Mistress" bowie knife featuring a 10.5" long .25" wide carbon steel blade with an OAL of 16.25". Stacked leather handle with brass spacers, brass medallion on each side, brazed on brass guard and tooled brass pommel. Original leather sheath marked “COOPER" on the back with 2 snap keeper strap which may be a replacement. Some light marks, overall in very good condition.
