Unread, unopened, never flip through it as it is in an immaculate, pristine, brand new condition, with no creases, sign of handling and/or any scuff marks. A rarity in that kind of condition. A copy of the Special Limited Numbered Edition of only 500 books came out in December 1992 (more chapters and photographs were added.)This is copy # 008 which was never signed/autographed, therefore it is available as such. This book is also in an absolute pristine, immaculate, brand new condition ( unread and unopened since, except when this copy book was stamped/written with # 008 and signed by the author) without any creases or visible scuff marks and/or sign of handling.
