Measures 23" and is in gem mint condition with original tassels and no tack holes, fading or tears anyplace. Image is multi color and features British Bulldog biting the butt of Hitler sending back over the Channel with "The End is in Sight" Has to date to pre 1941. Never seen a pennant with Hitler character.
