For your viewing is a find from a friend of mine who passed away. While he was working in Alaska in the 70’s and ammo was hard to find, he managed to work with a local component wizard to form a 120 rounds of 358 Winchester brass from 308 military brass (RA-68) issue. I don’t think he ever used it as the brass is in mint condition and the bullets 93 ea are 250 gr. Round nose. (Not sure on mfg.) I checked the brass and they functioned fine in my 358 Savage lever gun. As it is impossible to find any ammo or brass these days, this is a good find that can be loaded by you or your buddy. Just add powder and primer and your set to go. This will make big medicine in the thick brush country or wack a moose hands down.
