This is a vintage Winchester 1875 44 WCF Reloading Tool. Marked, Patent Oct 20 1874. It’s in very good condition. The handle was broken at some point and repaired. It has about 85% of the gold paint left, which resembles the original color. Maybe sent back to factory to be repaired ;-) A hole has been tapped and die on the top near the patent date.
